When it’s time to unwind, soak in the private hot tub with views of the surrounding hills. Important Things to Note:
• Security:
• Exterior security cameras: A camera is mounted at the front door and on the side exterior to actively monitor driveway and entry only.
• Interior in-home security system
• Parking: Parking is available for 3–4 vehicles in the private, paved driveway directly in front of the property. Please plan accordingly; additional parking is not guaranteed.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access and move throughout the cabin.
• Connectivity: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be limited at times.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Bringing a pet is not permitted, and additional cleaning fees may apply if evidence of a pet is found.
• Laundry: A private washer and dryer are available in the home. A laundromat is also nearby if needed.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Basic Rules

Check-In/Check-Out

Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.

Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.

Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.

Occupancy

Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.

Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.

Quiet Hours

9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.

$500 fine for noise violations.

Property Inspection

Notify us of any issues immediately.

We may inspect at any time for rule violations.

Pet Policy:
This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.


Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.

Cleaning

Remove trash and load & run dishwasher at check-out.

Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.

Utilities & Appliances

Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.

Only use the designated EV charger if available. Charging electric vehicles from non-designated outlets may result in additional fines.

Parking

Follow local parking rules.
