Counter seating for six and a nearby dining table for six make it perfect for shared meals and game nights. Downstairs, a cozy lower-level living room offers its own smart TV, a comfortable couch with a queen sleeper, and two recliners—plus a dedicated fitness area and a table perfect for game nights—providing plenty of space for everyone to spread out, stay active, and relax.

Entertainment continues with a dedicated game room featuring Blitz Arcade, Ms. Pac-Man, and an Infinity Game Table with 40+ digital games , plus a separate media/movie room for immersive movie nights. Outdoors is where Eagle Ridge truly shines, offering multiple spaces to enjoy the lake views. Dine on the covered deck with a table for al fresco meals, gather around the raised patio fire pit while soaking in sweeping lake vistas, or head to the lower patio to relax in the hot tub, fire up the BBQ grill, or launch the provided kayaks. Whether you’re boating, fishing the great crappie beds around the dock, relaxing, or entertaining, Eagle Ridge delivers an unforgettable Lake of the Ozarks escape.

This home comfortably sleeps 18 guests between 4 private bedrooms, a queen size murphy bed in the upstairs living room, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a set of twin-over-queen size bunk beds, a twin size trundle bed, a smart TV, a desk and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with two separate single vanities and a shower/tub combo, shared with Bedroom #4.

Bedroom #4 includes a set of twin-over-queen size bunk beds, a set of twin-over-twin size bunk beds, a twin size trundle bed, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom #4.

This home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home offers parking for up to four vehicles, with trailer parking available.
o 2 vehicles may park in the garage.
o 2 vehicles may park in the driveway.
o Any additional vehicles or trailers should be parked at the designated overflow parking area located at the intersection of Elder Road and Elaine Road.
• This home is equipped with two (3) external security cameras:
o (1) a Ring doorbell actively monitoring the area in front of the main entrance, and
o (2) located on the back side of the house and actively monitoring the dock.
o (3) located on the front of the house monitoring the driveway.
• This home has a private dock with one 12x26 boat slip for guest use and two PWC lifts. The other boat slip will not be available for guest use and will be occupied by the owners' boat during all guest visits.
• This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
o A maximum of two pets per stay is allowed. Dogs only. Only dogs under 70 pounds are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
o Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per day. Depending on your booking platform, this fee may or may not be included in your reservation total. If you are bringing a pet, please contact our Guest Services team after booking to confirm whether the fee has already been applied or if it needs to be added.
o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.
o Pets should not be left unattended unless secured in a crate or carrier, preferably in the heated and cooled garage.
o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet’s bedding or crate for their comfort. For your convenience, an extra-large crate is provided in the garage.
o Guests must comply with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
o Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, or termination of the rental agreement without refund.
o By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.

Nestled in the heart of Missouri, the Lake of the Ozarks is a captivating destination that boasts a harmonious blend of natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and vibrant culture. From its sprawling freshwater lake and picturesque landscapes to its lively events and family-friendly attractions, it’s an unforgettable escape for travelers of all ages! There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time.
- All guests must adhere to local state laws requiring children under the age of 12 to be accompanied by an adult and to wear a certified PFD when near or in lake water.
