This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a set of twin-over-twin bunk beds, a queen size bed, and a smart TV.

This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• This home offers parking for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot.
o Overflow parking available in gravel area next to parking lot.
o Trailer parking is on top of the hill before you drive down to the condo.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security doorbell camera, actively monitoring the area in front of the main door and the external entryway area.
• Please note, guests can fish off of the docks. Swimming off of the docks is not allowed
• Building has elevator access.

There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails.

- No parties. Please be sure to respect the maximum occupancy of the property.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time.
- We recommend Children under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools.
- All guests must adhere to local state laws requiring children under the age of 12 to be accompanied by an adult and to wear a certified PFD when near or in lake water.
