Bedroom #2 is Mickey and Minnie Mouse themed and includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 is Cars themed and includes a set of twin-over-full bunk beds, a set of twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in garage.
• Driveway and street parking for 4 vehicles available. Parking passes required.
o Parking is available for up to 2 (two) vehicles in the driveway, 4 cars per address.
o Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
o Parking passes are provided at the clubhouse. Guests must check in with the guard at the gate, then proceed to the clubhouse to pick up passes.
o If the clubhouse is closed (outside 9 AM – 9 PM), passes can be obtained directly from the guard at the gate.
o No trailers, RVs, buses or boats in Solana
