The sunroom may quickly become your favorite retreat, with panoramic lake views and plush seating designed for slow mornings or sunset cocktails. Outside, the oversized provides yet another inviting outdoor space, bringing you even closer to the water and those unforgettable Ozarks sunsets. Upstairs, a second living area with two couches, armchairs, and another smart TV offers room for everyone to spread out — ideal for kids, teens, or simultaneous movie nights.

This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 3 private bedrooms as well as a twin size sleeper sofa and a queen size sleeper sofa in the upstairs living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a twin size pullout, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a twin size futon, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, a twin size pullout, and a smart TV.

This home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• This home offers parking for up to 3 vehicles in the designated spaces in front of the home.
o Please do not park in areas belonging to nearby homes and do not park on the street. Vehicles parked in violation are subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense
o Trailer parking is not permitted at this location.
o If additional parking is needed, you can park near the Estates Community Pool that is located down the street from the home. 151 Walkers Cay Dr.
• This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
o A maximum of one pet per stay is allowed. Dogs only. Only dogs under 50 pounds are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
o Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.
o Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless secured in a crate or carrier.
o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet’s bedding or crate for their comfort.
o Guests must comply with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
o Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, or termination of the rental agreement without refund.
o By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.

Nestled in the heart of Missouri, the Lake of the Ozarks is a captivating destination that boasts a harmonious blend of natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and vibrant culture. From its sprawling freshwater lake and picturesque landscapes to its lively events and family-friendly attractions, it’s an unforgettable escape for travelers of all ages! There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails.

- Must be 25 years of age to book. We reserve the right to verify ID at check-in.
- No smoking.
- No fireworks.
- The fireplace is not available for guest use.
- No parties. Please be sure to respect the maximum occupancy of the property.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during this time.
- We recommend that children under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools.
- All guests are required to adhere to local and state laws, which require that children under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified PFD when near or in lake water.
