This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 (Primary Suite):
Features a comfortable king-size bed, a ceiling fan, a Smart TV with cable, and direct access to the private balcony, allowing you to step outside and enjoy the fresh coastal air and views. The room is designed for relaxation with plenty of space to unwind after a day at the beach. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and a shower/tub combo with a deep soaking tub, perfect for a relaxing soak at the end of the day.

Bedroom #2 (Bunk Room):
Perfect for families or groups and includes a set of full-over-full bunk beds, offering plenty of sleeping space while maintaining a comfortable layout. This room also features a Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, which can also be accessed from the living area for added convenience.

Kitchen:
Bright and inviting kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious breakfast bar. The space is filled with natural light from the balcony doors. The kitchen comes stocked with cooking utensils and includes a drip coffee maker, refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser, toaster, and garbage disposal to make preparing meals and enjoying your mornings easy during your stay.

Dining and Living Area:
After passing through the kitchen, you’ll enter the open dining and living area, designed with comfort and coastal style in mind. Featuring comfortable seating with a plush sofa and two cozy accent chairs, a large Smart TV with cable, DVD player, a dining table with two chairs and a bench, and a breakfast bar with three additional stools. Tasteful beach-inspired décor creates the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the coast. A ceiling fan helps keep the room cool while natural light pours in through the large sliding glass doors.

The Balcony:
Just beyond the living area, step out onto the private balcony, where a comfortable sectional lounge invites you to sit back and take in stunning 11th-floor views of both the city and the sparkling Gulf, all while enjoying the fresh coastal breeze. Whether sipping your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening, this inviting space provides the perfect spot to relax and soak in the scenery during your stay.

• This condo is an 11th-floor unit. Elevators are available for guest convenience.
• Guest Age & Presence Requirement: You must be at least 25 years old to book this unit and must be present for the entire duration of the stay. Access to the community will not be granted unless the reservation holder is physically present at check-in and meets the minimum age requirement of 25 years or older. No Exceptions. No Refunds.

A Note on Kitchen Supplies: For sanitary reasons and to accommodate a wide range of guest preferences, the home does not provide consumable kitchen items such as seasonings, cooking oil, coffee filters, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or food storage bags. We recommend bringing any items you plan to use during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.

A Note on Cleaning Supplies: While cleaning chemicals are not provided during your stay, each home is equipped with basic tools for your convenience, including a vacuum, mop, mop bucket, broom, and dustpan. If you prefer to use specific cleaning products, you’re welcome to bring your own. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Important Noise Disclosure: This condo is located within a multi-unit building and shares walls, floors, and/or ceilings with neighboring residences. As a result, noise from nearby units may be heard at times. This is a normal part of condo living and is not considered a maintenance issue. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept this possibility.

Essentials & Guidebook:
We provide a starter supply of essentials to help you settle in comfortably. In each bathroom, you’ll find travel-size body wash, body bar, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and two rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen, we include one sponge, one roll of paper towels, travel-size liquid dish detergent, one packet of dishwasher detergent, and two trash bags per trash can.

We also provide one packet of powdered laundry detergent. For longer stays or if you need more, nearby stores make restocking easy. We provide a complimentary digital guidebook to make your stay effortless. From the best local brunch spots and hidden beaches to check-in instructions and house rules, you’ll have everything you need right on your phone or tablet!

All guests are required to check in at the front desk upon arrival to receive their building and condo key cards, along with their welcome packet. These key cards are required to access the building, the parking garage/back lot, and the unit. Please be sure to stop by the front desk before heading to the condo.
