This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms, a full size sleeper sofa in the living room, and 2 twin size beds in the loft.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, both with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
· Washer and dryer in home.
· Lot parking for 2 vehicles available.
· Please note that a $125 Linen Fee will be automatically applied to all reservations.
· This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located at the front entrance and actively monitoring the sidewalk.
· Swimming pool next to condo is for owners use only
· Guests pay for an amenity pass that includes communal pool, indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, sport courts, playgrounds, summer beach shuttle and gym. Golf is separate and not included in amenity pass.
· Trailers and jet-skis are not permitted on the property
