Important Things to Note
• Doorbell camera to monitor the entrance.
• Onsite: There is a long term tenant staying in Unit B. Please do not block the driveway.
• Laundry: A private washer and dryer are available for guest use. There’s also a laundromat nearby if needed.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please do not bring pets.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
• Parking: Convenient street parking is available outside on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional parking beyond what’s available on the street is not guaranteed.

Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.

Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.

Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.

Occupancy

Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.

Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.

Quiet Hours

9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.

$500 fine for noise violations.

Property Inspection

Notify us of any issues immediately.

We may inspect at any time for rule violations.

Pet Policy:
This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.


Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.

Cleaning

Remove trash and load & run dishwasher at check-out.

Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.

Utilities & Appliances

Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.

Only use the designated EV charger if available. Charging electric vehicles from non-designated outlets may result in additional fines.
