This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin size beds.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, access to a private screened-in balcony with a small table, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower, also accessible via the hallway.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, accent chair, access to an oversized screened-in balcony with sitting area table for four, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available, passes required.
o After entering resort through gate, proceed to club house front desk for parking pass. (7am-11pm) if club house is not open, please go first thing in the morning the following day for parking pass.
o No trailers, RV’s, golf carts.

o Portable crib & highchair provided.

This property is non-smoking. Violator will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs

Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
No Dogs/Pets allowed for Guests. (Please contact Caribe Cove for details on Service animals.)

Quiet hours are from 10P-7A. (Guests will be asked to vacate if causing a nuisance)
No smoking in public areas including the pool. No glass in pool area.
