Upstairs, you’ll find the primary bedroom with balcony access and a smart TV, along with an open loft bedroom that’s great for kids or friends. Two full bathrooms—one on each level—make morning routines easy. The communal coin laundry adds extra convenience for longer stays.
Outside your door, Sierra Park Villas offers a clubhouse, a seasonal swimming pool, two year-round hot tubs, sauna, BBQ grill, and open green space. In winter, kids can enjoy snow play areas within the complex.

Important Things to Note:
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the parking lot. Parking passes are required and will be provided in-unit. Please be sure to place the parking pass inside your vehicle or it will be towed.
• This is a two-story condo—stairs are required to access the bedrooms.
• Communal coin laundry is available during your stay, open until 10pm.
• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Communal amenities: The seasonal pool and tennis court are typically available during warmer months; the hot tubs are open year-round. Availability and hours are managed by the HOA and may vary due to weather or maintenance.
• Due to Mammoth Lakes remote mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service throughout the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable—this is a common experience for visitors across town.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
• Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.

A fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any unauthorized stay beyond the checkout time.
Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
• Occupancy:
Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
• Quiet Hours:
10 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
• Property Inspection:
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
• Pets:
This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Cleaning:
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher at check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
• Utilities & Appliances:
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.
Only use the designated EV charger if available. Charging electric vehicles from non-designated outlets may result in additional fines.
Use appliances as intended.
