Step inside this open-concept condo and you’re greeted by a bright, comfortable living space designed for easy vacation living. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need during your stay, including a convenient Keurig-style and drip coffee combo and counter seating for two—perfect for quick breakfasts before heading out for the day. A dining table for four sits nearby for shared meals or game nights, while the living room invites you to relax with a cozy couch, recliner, smart TV, and even a fun Golden Tee 3D Golf arcade game for a little friendly competition. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony where water views set the tone for peaceful mornings and sunset evenings, with a table for two and comfortable seating that makes it easy to unwind and soak in the Branson breeze.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking passes are required and will be provided in-unit. Passes must be displayed in all guest vehicles during your stay.
• This home is a one level, top-floor walkup unit with 18 steps required to reach the main entrance.
• This home is equipped with 1 external security camera, located to the left of the front door and monitoring the outside entry area.
• Portable crib provided.
• Two twin-sized rollaway floor mattresses are available, great for added flexibility & space.
• Long-term stays allowed.

This enviable location puts you within 20 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

Located conveniently near all attractions. The apartment is very cozy and spacious. We enjoyed the view of the water from the balcony including the surrounding nature. Definitely would recommend. I will be adding to my list of favorites. Thank you for sharing your home!

The condo itself was very nice, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. It was well-maintained, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The management team was also responsive and replied to my concerns in a timely manner, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by a strong marijuana smoke odor coming from a neighboring unit. The smell was noticeable throughout our condo and made it difficult to relax and enjoy the space we had rented. I contacted management and requested to be moved to another unit, but all other units were fully booked at the time, so relocation was not possible. While I understand this was outside the condo owner’s direct control, the situation did put a damper on our trip and caused breathing issues for me during our stay. Overall, the condo itself met our expectations and was clean and comfortable. However, the persistent smoke odor from the neighboring unit significantly affected our experience.
