When it’s time to unwind outdoors, step onto the private deck where comfortable seating invites you to slow down and savor the peaceful surroundings. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds.

Bedroom #3 (the loft) includes 3 twin size beds and a smart TV.

This home also includes a half bathroom and a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
· Washer and dryer in home.
· Lot parking for 2 vehicles available.
o Please note that parking for condos is first-come, first-serve and can become quite crowded, especially on summer weekends.
o Please park no more than 2 cars at the condo if space allows. Any additional cars will need to park in the main lot at the clubhouse.
· Upon entering the neighborhood, guests will need to check in at the security checkpoint where they will issue access cards and parking pass(es). No more than 8 guests will be allowed onto the grounds of the community. Guest passes for community amenities are included in the nightly rate.
· This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras;
o (1) located near the corner of the lower deck and actively monitoring a portion of the deck and main entry,
o (2) located near the corner of the lower deck and actively monitoring a portion of the deck on the side of the condo.

Outdoor pool season is Memorial Day through Labor Day and offers recreational swimming and patio lounging. You have access to the golf cart for use within Abbey Springs during your stay.
