Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 full size beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #4 includes a set of twin-over-twin size bunk beds, a twin size trundle bed, a twin size pullout sleeper, and a smart TV.

This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

The pictures do not do it justice in terms of the SPACE. The bedrooms are very generously sized and the whole second family/rec space upstairs is a fantastic and very usable value-add. And there is a designated, separate office space with easy access to outlets. There are an abundance of TVs and the air hockey was such a hit with the kids. And just a couple of blocks from the beach! The kitchen appears to be brand new from appliances to the gorgeous countertop.
