Step inside this inviting lakefront condo and you’re greeted by an open living space designed for comfort and connection. The living room centers around a cozy fireplace with a plush couch, loveseat, and armchair arranged perfectly for movie nights on the smart TV. Large sliding glass doors draw your eyes straight to the water and lead out to a spacious deck where plenty of seating invites you to relax with morning coffee or sunset drinks overlooking the lake. Back inside, the fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a counter with seating for four, ideal for chatting while meals are prepared. A dining table for six makes it easy to gather everyone together, completing a space that feels equal parts relaxing lakeside retreat and welcoming home away from home.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, also accessible via the hallway.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and deck access.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Please note, this unit is located on the 1st floor (one flight of stairs down from the parking level). The building is NOT equipped with an elevator.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available located in front of the building.
o Parking is level with the 2nd floor, so guests will need to descend one flight of stairs to reach the unit entrance.
o Please note that boat trailers must be parked in the trailer lot and are not permitted in the residential parking lot. The nearest boat launch is Public Beach 2 (PB2) in Osage Beach.

There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM — please be mindful of noise
- We recommend that guests under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools
- We require all guests to adhere to local state laws, which require all children under the age of 12 to be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in lake water
