Step inside Overlook Paradise and you’ll find a warm, inviting space designed for an easygoing getaway. The kitchen features rich cabinetry, beautiful stone counters, and a convenient drip/Keurig combo coffee maker to start your mornings right. Just steps away, a dining table for six creates the perfect spot for family meals or planning the day’s adventures. The comfortable living room invites you to relax with a couch, armchair, and cable TV, while sliding glass doors fill the space with natural light and lead out to the patio. Here, a cozy table for two overlooks tree-lined mountain views—an ideal setting for morning coffee, evening drinks, or simply soaking in the peaceful Ozark surroundings.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles. Parking pass will be provided at the gate.
• This home is a first-floor walkdown unit with 20 steps required to reach the main entrance.
• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.
• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

The property was absolutely fabulous, the condo was set up perfectly had nice furnishings, the kitchen was stocked with basic cleaning supplies, had very nice cookware, dinner ware and such. The main TV in the living room good have been a bit larger but all three tv's had cable and streaming.

Relaxing - Perfect Stay
This property has a great location between Branson and Branson West making it easy to get to where ever you are going! The interior was clean, spacious, and set up beautifully. There was plenty of room for 4 adults. It was nice to have a fully functional kitchen and to have the ability to do some laundry during our long stay. The beds were very comfortable and for someone who has herniated disks, my back didn’t hurt once! We also loved the option to sit outside on the patio at the table in the mornings! It was relatively quiet making our trip that much more relaxing. I would highly recommend this location and would stay here again.

Overall a good experience for a short stay. 4 stars due to the master bathroom had hair left in the toilet and shower, and a dirty pillow case. Everything else was clean as I check thoroughly. The gate greeter was very helpful because the building number is not listed on the address and that is needed when going through the gate the first time. Only other complaint is the floors are not thick between different levels, so being on the lowest floor we could hear our neighbors above us very easily. Otherwise it was a pleasant location and easy booking.

Very nice stay. Loved the patio, and the quiet peacefulness, it was a perfect place for us. Our little dog loved the back off the patio too. I would highly recommend this place
