Inside Sunset Ridge, the welcoming open layout makes it easy to settle right into vacation mode. The kitchen features beautiful stone counters, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for four that opens effortlessly into the living area, creating a space where everyone can gather while meals are prepared. A dining table for four sits conveniently between the kitchen and living room, perfect for shared meals or planning the next day’s adventures. The cozy living room invites you to unwind with a couch, two armchairs, a warm fireplace, and cable TV for relaxing evenings indoors. Just beyond, the screened-in patio becomes a highlight of the home—an inviting spot to dine al fresco while taking in serene, tree-lined water views that make every sunset feel like a private lakeside show.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, access to a private screened-in patio, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a twin size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, a twin size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, also accessible via the hallway.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• This home includes parking for 2 vehicles.
• The unit is located on the 1st floor of the building. Parking is located even with the second floor of the building. Guests will need to walk down a long flight of stairs to reach the main entrance.
• Boat slips may be rented directly through the Osage Vista office, based on availability. Please contact their office for current pricing and reservations. Osage Vistas Office: 573-693-9670
• This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
o We allow a maximum of 1 pet per stay. Dogs only.
o Only dogs under 50 pounds are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.
o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
o Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
o By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all our guests.

There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails.
