The kitchen features stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and both drip and single-cup coffee options, along with counter seating for four that keeps everyone connected. Nearby, the dining area offers a table for four along with a convenient dry bar and mini fridge—perfect for entertaining. The living room is made for cozy nights in, with a wraparound couch featuring a chaise lounge, a fireplace, and cable TV, all framed by sliding glass doors that open to the deck.

Outside, the experience continues with a spacious deck overlooking the water, complete with a table for six for al fresco dining. Head down to the lower-level lounge/den for even more space to relax, or gather around the lakeside fire pit as the sun sets over the water. Whether you’re boating by day, grilling and dining outdoors, or simply enjoying the view, Malibu Sunrise delivers a private, laid-back lake getaway that feels like your own personal retreat.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed.

This home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Driveway parking for 4 vehicles available.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras: (1) a Ring doorbell, located at the front door and actively monitoring the driveway and exterior door area, and (2) located on the front porch and actively monitoring the driveway.
• Please note the garage is not available for guest use.
