The main floor living area is warm and welcoming, featuring a smart TV, cozy fireplace, plush couch, and armchair—perfect for gathering after a day on the water. The kitchen offers generous counter seating for five, making it easy to stay connected while preparing meals, while the dining table for six sets the scene for shared dinners and conversation. A screened-in deck with a dining table invites you to enjoy al fresco meals with sweeping lake views, while a lower-level deck provides another comfortable space to unwind.

The home also includes a private onsite apartment, complete with its own living area, smart TV, seating, and kitchenette—ideal for guests who want a little extra privacy. At The Blue Sapphire, every detail is designed to create a relaxing, memory-filled lake getaway.

This home comfortably sleeps 14 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 sets of twin-over-queen size bunk beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 is an apartment-style room and includes a queen size bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, a smart TV, a living space, a kitchen, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

This home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in main home.
• Driveway parking for 5 vehicles available. Please note the garage is not available for guest use.
• This home is equipped with five (5) external security cameras:
o (1) a Ring doorbell located on the main door and monitoring the driveway
o (2) located on the left corner of the house and monitoring the left side of the house
o (3) located on the right corner of the house and monitoring the right side of the house and laundry room door
o (4) located over the garage and monitoring the driveway
o (5) a Ring doorbell located on the main door of the apartment and monitoring the external door area
