The living room invites you to relax with a cozy couch featuring a chaise lounge, an additional chair, and a smart TV for easy entertainment. Sliding glass doors draw you outside to a private balcony where sweeping views set the tone—whether you’re starting your day with fresh air or winding down as the sun sets over the Ozarks.
This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 3 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes a set of twin-over-full size beds and a smart TV.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a cable TV.
This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located on the right wall next to the front door and actively monitoring the exterior front door area.
• This home is a one level, first-floor, walk-in unit.
• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.
• Portable crib provided.
