This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower along with your own private hot tub and back yard. Only one block from the Seawall Blvd.

· Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available. Street parking requires a permit and if lost, there is a $500 fee to replace.
· Portable electric fireplace available.
· This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras: (1) a Ring camera located at the front door and monitoring the exterior front door area, and (2) located at the back patio/entry and monitoring the rear external entry area. This home is UNIT A-DOWNSTAIRS UNIT-private for only the guest. This property does have an upstairs unit which is vacant and separate from the single private downstairs unit.
