· Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available. Parking requires a permit and if lost, there is a $500 fee to replace.

· This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras: (1) a Ring camera located at the front door and monitoring the exterior front door area, and (2) located at the back patio/entry and monitoring the rear external entry area.
· Children’s dinnerware provided.
· Long-term stays allowed.
