The updated kitchen is both stylish and functional, offering counter seating for six, a single-serve coffee maker alongside a Nespresso, and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. Gather around the dining table for six with bench seating, then step outside to the lower deck where a grill and table for four set the stage for unforgettable al fresco meals overlooking the water. Thoughtful touches like a dedicated desk in one of the bedrooms make it easy to mix work and leisure, creating a stay that’s as productive as it is relaxing.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a desk, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• This home offers parking for up to 2 vehicles.
o One vehicle may park in the area next to the house.
o One vehicle may park in a designated spot directly across from the house.
o If additional parking is needed, you can park near the Estates Community Pool that is located down the street from the home.
o Please be mindful not to encroach on the parking areas of the neighboring homes, and ensure that vehicles can still pass safely along the road.
• Pet Policy: We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
o Maximum of 1 dog per stay — dogs under 50 lbs only
o Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per pet, per day. Depending on your booking platform, this fee may or may not be included in your reservation total. If you are bringing a pet, please contact our Guest Services team after booking to confirm whether the fee has already been applied or if it needs to be added.
o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times — excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted
o Pets may not be left unattended unless secured in a crate or carrier
o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding areas — any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly
o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas — please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort
o Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws — pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property
• Please note that the wood-burning fireplace in the living room is not available for guest use.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM — please be mindful of noise.
