Set up for easygoing mountain stays, this two-bedroom (including a loft) home offers room to relax and reconnect between adventures. Unwind in the living area for game night, get a little work done at the desk with monitor, and head outside to soak in the hot tub or gather around the fire pit. You’ll also find a BBQ grill and outdoor seating overlooking the garden-style yard. An EV charger adds convenience for electric drivers. Please note the home has stairs.

Settle into an easygoing Smoky Mountains stay in this 2-bedroom configuration (primary bedroom + open loft) and 2 full baths. The main level features a comfortable living room with a smart TV and electric fireplace, plus doors out to a spacious deck with rocking chairs, a grill, and a private hot tub. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Hamilton Beach coffee maker, and you’ll have seating for four at the dining table plus two at the breakfast bar.

Outside, unwind around the backyard fire pit after a day of adventure.

Important Things to Note:
• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the private driveway with little to no turnaround space.
• This is a two-story cabin—there is a ramp to access the front door but stairs are required to access the loft bedroom.
• Private laundry is available during your stay.
• An EV Charger is available for guest use.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 pets up to 40 lbs each may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Due to Smoky Mountains remote mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service throughout the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable—this is a common experience for visitors across town.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
• Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.

House Rules

• Check-In/Check-Out:
A fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any unauthorized stay beyond the checkout time.
Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
• Occupancy:
Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
• Quiet Hours:
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
• Property Inspection:
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
• Pets:
For all pet-friendly properties, fees are collected after booking confirmation.
Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
• Cleaning:
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher at check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
• Utilities & Appliances:
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.
Only use the designated EV charger if available. Charging electric vehicles from non-designated outlets may result in additional fines.
Use appliances as intended.
• Parking:
Follow local parking rules.
Fines for violations.
• Safety & Security:
No illegal activities or hazardous materials.
Properties may have surveillance.
• Maintenance:
Report issues promptly.
No refunds for mechanical failures.
• Payments & Deposits:
Major credit card required.
Security deposit may be used for damages.
Failure to return keys, key cards, pool passes, etc., will result in a $50 fine per key.
• Lost & Found:
$25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
• Legal:
Violation of rules may result in eviction without a refund.
