This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 is Mickey themed and includes 2 twin size beds and a cable TV.

This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single oversized vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 3 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Passes are required from the guard at the gate.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 pets may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35 per pet per day that is not included in your final booking cost, this does not cover damages. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

This property is non-smoking. Violator will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs

Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
