This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the basement.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and patio access.

Bedroom #3 includes a set of queen-over-king size bunk beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, also accessible via the living room.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, a Ring camera near the front door actively monitoring the front main entrance area.
