Inside, the open-concept layout creates a bright and welcoming space designed for comfort. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Flex Brew pod coffee maker, and all the essentials needed for easy meals, along with counter seating for four. Nearby, a bar-style table for three offers another casual spot for dining or morning coffee. The living room invites you to relax with two couches arranged around a smart TV and electric fireplace, while dual sliding doors draw your attention to the beautiful water views beyond.

Step out onto the private balcony, featuring a comfortable patio set with a couch and chairs. It’s the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or unwind with a cocktail at sunset while taking in the incredible scenery. With its open living space, comfortable furnishings, and stunning waterfront views, Lakefront Vibes provides a laid-back lake getaway that’s easy to settle into and hard to leave.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, also accessible the hallway.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available.
• This unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Parking is located even with the third floor of the building. Guests will need to walk down a long flight of stairs to reach the main entrance.
• Guests have access to the HOA amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA, not by us. While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice. Outdoor pools are seasonal and may be closed based on the time of year. We recommend Children under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools.
We require all guests to adhere to the local state laws that require all children under the age of the 12 to be accompanies by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in the lake water.
