Inside, the open living, kitchen, and dining area creates a bright and welcoming space designed for gathering. The living room is comfortably arranged with a couch and armchairs centered around a cable TV, and sliding glass doors stretching across the wall open fully to the balcony with plenty of seating. This seamless indoor-outdoor flow lets you enjoy the island breeze and creates the perfect setting for relaxing mornings or sunset evenings at Hale Alani.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a cable TV.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and a cable TV.

This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, one with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, and another with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

o Please note, there is a one-time fee of $25.00 per car for entire stay, due at front desk during check in. Room key card will gain access to parking, must return all issued key cards of there will be a $25.00 fee per key card not returned.

• Long-term stays allowed.

Only registered paying rental guests, Owners, and Owners registered guests are
allowed in common areas such as pool & spa areas, BBQ areas, and Fitness
Center, or in private Villas.
● OCCUPANCY LIMITS:
Limits determined by villa type: 2 bedroom max number of TOTAL persons
allowed in villa and common areas equal 6; 3 bedroom max number of TOTAL
persons allowed in villa and common areas equal 8.
● NO SMOKING (including e-cigarettes) in the common areas – including lanais.
● Lanais- No towels or clothes may be draped over railings and furniture. No
overnight sleeping, drying racks, toys, or beach equipment, etc. may be left on
lanais.
● Vehicles must be parked in assigned stalls within the lines and display a valid
parking permit. If your vehicle is too large to fit in your stall, please see the front
desk.
● No excessive noise or nuisances are allowed anywhere on the premises which may
disturb the comfort and quiet enjoyment of others.
● Garbage must be tied up in trash bags before dropping down the trash chute. Large
trash and recyclables may be taken to the receptacles on the ground floor. No
items may be left in the hallways, ie. garbage, footwear, beach equipment.
● Recreational Facilities are for the exclusive use of registered owners and guests.
