This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, patio access, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower, shared with bedroom #2.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, patio access, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #1.

This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
· Washer and dryer in home.
· Street parking for 1 vehicle available, pass required.
· The parking pass with be inside of the unit for guests to put inside of their window dashboard. Parking pass needs to be placed on kitchen countertop at departure. A $75.00 replacement fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned parking passes.
· Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
· This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $45 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
· This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located on the front door gate and monitoring the exterior front door entry area.
· Long-term stays allowed.
