Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.

This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available, passes required.
o You will need to obtain a parking pass at the front gate. Unassigned parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot in front of building 15.
• Provided onsite: a portable crib, and a high chair.

Always observe quiet hours after 9PM-7AM, as there are neighbors close by
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
