The condo’s furniture and bed linens were all brand new. The mattresses were very comfortable. The games and toys included were perfect for various ages (UNO, card games, mega blocks, and magnatiles). The playground is right off the patio as advertised and a pool is located next to the playground which was convenient for quick access to swimming. We drove through the neighborhood to the larger pool and club area which was fun to use too. We felt like this location was centrally located to a lot of the tourist areas of Branson; it was 10-15 minutes for most of the things we wanted to do. This home was kid friendly but also felt elevated with the decor and furniture.

The condo was very clean and in a wonderful location. It was great to be able to watch my grandson on the playground. The only thing I would change would be replacing the soap with liquid body wash.

This condo was perfect for our family of four! We loved being so close to the playground and pool—it made everything so convenient. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was extremely clean and decorated nicely. We loved the patio. It is a wonderful place to stay if you have children. Our grandkids really enjoyed the playground and swimming pool, just steps from the patio. Our youngest grandson enjoyed the toy baskets. The golf course was beautiful and in great shape. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay in this condo again.
