The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and includes both drip and Keurig coffee options to start your mornings right, flowing naturally into a dining table for four that’s perfect for meals, games, or planning the day’s adventures. The living room invites you to unwind with a cozy sofa and smart TV, creating a relaxing spot to recharge after a day at the pool or the beach, making this charming retreat an ideal home base for your Panama City Beach getaway.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 (the loft) includes 2 twin size beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available, passes required.
o Upon arrival guests will check in at Horizon South, all guests without exception must register with Property Management at the main office building by the pools.
o Guests pick up parking passes (up to 2 allowed at $25 each) and wristbands ($20 per guest per stay) at the front desk on check-in day.
• Long-term stays allowed.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the main door and actively monitoring the entrance.

★OPTIONAL BEACH VALET SERVICE★
Looking for an even easier beach day? Horizon South guests have access to an optional Beach Valet Service that can transport your beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, and other beach gear to the sand, set everything up for you, and return it to your unit when you're finished. It's a great way to spend more time enjoying the beach and less time carrying equipment. Reservation required through the provider, send us a message for bookings and any questions!

• Required for all guests (ages 6+)
• Must be worn at all times while on property

Parking
• Parking pass required per vehicle
• Please keep it visible at all times

Amenities Access
• Pool & gym are available during set hours
• Gym access requires prior registration at the office

Trash
• Use the designated dumpster on Sunset Drive
• Please don’t leave trash outside the unit

Golf Carts
• Owner use only
• Unauthorized use may result in towing or fines

Safety & Courtesy
• Speed limit: 10 MPH
• Always yield to pedestrians
