Step inside and you’re welcomed into a bright, open living space designed for comfort and connection. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a convenient single-cup coffee maker for easy mornings, and counter seating for two that keeps the conversation flowing. Just beyond, the dining area offers a table for six, ideal for gathering over meals or planning the day ahead. The living room invites you to unwind with a cozy couch, loveseat, and accent chair, along with cable TV for laid-back evenings. Sliding glass doors lead you out to an oversized private screened-in patio, where a table for al fresco dining overlooks peaceful grassy areas and wooded views—creating a quiet, sunlit space to relax after a day of adventure.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, access to screened-in patio, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, also accessible via the dining room.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• This home is located on the first floor of building 3 to the left.
• Lot parking for 3 vehicles available, passes required.
o After entering resort through gate, proceed to club house front desk for parking pass. (7am-11pm) if club house is not open, please go first thing in the morning the following day for parking pass.
o No trailers, RV’s, golf carts.
• Miscellaneous fee(s):
o Children’s items: high chair and portable crib rental for $75 each.

This property is non-smoking. Violator will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Pets are not allowed. Violator will be fined $1000 plus cleaning costs
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM-7AM, as there are neighbors close by
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.

Resort Rules:
Pets are not permitted. For information regarding service animals, please contact Caribe Cove directly.
Trailers, RVs, golf carts, and similar vehicles are not allowed on the property.
Commercial vehicles are not permitted.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests creating disturbances during this time may be asked to leave.
Smoking is not allowed in public areas, including the pool area. Glass containers are also prohibited in the pool area.
The condo is for residential use only.
The use of illegal substances, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited. Local authorities will be notified of any violations.
