Inside, the home welcomes you with a warm, open living space designed for relaxation. The living room features a comfortable couch and lounge chair arranged around a cozy fireplace and smart TV, with sliding doors leading directly out to the deck so the mountain scenery is always within view. The open layout flows into a mountain-style kitchen that’s fully equipped with all the essentials, complete with counter seating for three and an adjoining dining area for shared meals. Upstairs, the loft adds a flexible retreat with another couch, smart TV, and a desk for remote work, making it easy to mix productivity with relaxation. Step outside to the upper balcony where incredible mountain views stretch across the horizon, then end your evenings gathered around the fire pit, soaking in the crisp alpine air and quiet surroundings that make Tramway Haus feel like your own private Tahoe escape.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the loft.

Bedroom #1 includes a full size bed.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a desk, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
· Laundry facilities not available in this home.
· Street parking for 1 vehicle available, pass required.
o One parking spot is available in the parking closest to the stairs. The only parking available for our guest is the far left spot. There is also parking across the unit where guest can park in any available spot.
o Parking passes will be available in the home upon arrival. Guest will need to place parking pass on the dash of their vehicle.
· This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located on the main stairwell of home and actively monitoring the stairs and parking.
