1. Noise Regulations
To comply with City of Delray Beach ordinances and neighborhood standards, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During quiet hours, no loud music, outdoor gatherings, shouting, or amplified sound is permitted. Outdoor speakers or amplified music audible from neighboring properties are prohibited at any time. Guests must be respectful of neighbors and keep all activity at a reasonable volume throughout their stay.
Violations may result in: immediate reservation termination, removal from the property without refund, and/or municipal fines issued by the City of Pompano Beach.
2. No Parties or Events
This property is licensed for short-term lodging only. Parties, events, large gatherings, and commercial activities of any kind are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property at any time.
3. No Smoking Policy
This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana are prohibited everywhere on the premises — indoors, on any patio, balcony, or outdoor area, and near any doors, windows, or furniture.
A minimum $500 smoke remediation fee will be charged for any violation.
4. Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted at this property, with the exception of documented service animals as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or emotional support animals with proper documentation. All other pets require prior written approval from the property manager before arrival. If approval is granted, pets must be house-trained and supervised at all times, may not be left unattended unless crated, and are not permitted on furniture or bedding. All pet waste must be cleaned up immediately. Unauthorized pets or any pet damage will result in additional charges and possible reservation termination.
5. Occupancy Limits
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests at all times, day and night. Exceeding the permitted occupancy at any time may result in immediate reservation cancellation without refund.
6. Parking Rules
Maximum 1 vehicles — designated parking areas only, as parking is shared with other unites. Do not block the sidewalk, street, or neighboring driveways. No parking on landscaping or lawns. Follow all posted City of Pompano Beach parking regulations at all times.
