1. NOISE & NEIGHBOR COURTESY
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.
• This is a multi-story residential condo building — sound travels. Please keep voices, music, and TV at a considerate volume at all times.
• No loud music, speakers, or bass-heavy audio audible from outside the unit at any time.
• Balcony gatherings must remain quiet and respectful of neighboring units.
• Violations may result in fines or immediate termination of your stay without refund.

2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
• No parties, events, gatherings, or social functions are permitted in the unit, balcony, or any community area.
• Only registered guests named in the reservation may occupy or access the unit.
• Visitors and day guests are not permitted without prior approval from management.
• Exceeding the registered guest count is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

3. NO SMOKING
• Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the balcony, in hallways, and in all building common areas.
• Violation will result in a $500 remediation fee charged to the guest's card on file.
• This policy applies to all tobacco products, cannabis, and any other smoked substance.

4. NO PETS
• No pets or animals of any kind are permitted in the unit or building common areas.
• Service animals are permitted per ADA requirements — please inform management in advance.
• Unauthorized pets will result in an additional cleaning fee and possible termination of stay.

5. OCCUPANCY LIMITS
• Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced as listed in your reservation.
• All guests must be registered at the time of booking — no unregistered overnight guests permitted.
• Overcrowding is a violation of your rental agreement and local ordinances.

6. PARKING

• All trash must be placed in the building's designated dumpster/waste area — ask your manager for location.
• Town of Lantana trash pickup is on Fridays (Coastal Waste & Recycling).
• Do not leave trash bags in hallways, stairwells, or on the balcony.
• Guests are responsible for leaving the unit in clean and orderly condition at checkout.
• Dishes should be loaded into the dishwasher and started before checkout.
• Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly to your Grand Welcome manager.
