Designed for simple, comfortable beach days, this condo accommodates up to 6 guests across two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The main living area gives you space to relax after the beach with WiFi and board games for low-key evenings. Step outside to an outdoor seating area for morning coffee or an afternoon breather. A private washer and dryer make quick work of swimsuits and towels. When you’re ready to explore, you’ll be near Folly Field and Driessen beach access points, island bike paths, mini golf, and local shopping.

Important Things to Note
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access the condo. This condo is located on the 3rd floor.
• Parking: Upon arrival at the security gate, provide the guard with your name and unit number (20L). If the guard is unavailable, use the panel prompts to request entry. Once inside, you may park in any two unassigned spots in the lot at no charge. No additional parking beyond what’s described is available.
• Community amenities: The pool, tennis courts, playground, and gym are shared within the community.
• Laundry: Private washer and dryer are located in the unit.
• Pets: Unfortunately, this home is not pet friendly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
• Must be 18+ to book.
• No smoking or vaping.
• No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
• Vacation rental use only.
• Check-In/Check-Out:
A fee of $75 per hour will be charged for any unauthorized stay beyond the checkout time.
Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
• Occupancy:
Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
• Quiet Hours:
9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA.
$500 fine for noise violations.
• Property Inspection:
Notify us of any issues immediately.
We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
• Pets:
This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Cleaning:
Remove trash and load & run dishwasher at check-out.
Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
• Utilities & Appliances:
Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.
Only use the designated EV charger if available. Charging electric vehicles from non-designated outlets may result in additional fines.
Use appliances as intended.
