Just beyond, the spacious kitchen features stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of prep space, and generous counter seating for six, making everything from quick breakfasts to seafood dinners feel effortless. Out back, the private patio with a picnic table invites you to enjoy al fresco meals and warm Gulf air long after the sun goes down.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes 2 full size beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway and garage parking for 4 vehicles available.
o 2 cars can park in the driveway, 2 cars can park in the garage.
o There is enough space in the garage for boat and trailer without cars.
• Unit A is on the left hand side when looking from the street. When walking up from the street, walk between two townhomes on the left. Unit A has a gate and the access door on the second floor from the deck.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 pets under 50lbs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $40 per night that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• Miscellaneous fee(s):
o Optional golf cart rental available for $115/night! If interested, let us know after booking. We’ll send a payment link via your booking channel and a usage agreement to your email. Once the fee is paid and the usage agreement is signed, we will provide a code and instructions to access the golf cart key.

This home and all furnishings are privately owned, and we kindly ask guests to treat the property with care and respect throughout their stay.

Prior to check-in, a detailed video walkthrough and photographs are taken to document the condition of the home. Guests are responsible for any damage incurred during their stay, including additional cleaning fees if the property is not left in its original condition at check-out.

This is a strictly non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning or remediation charges.

Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced, and parties, events, loud noise, or unregistered guests are not permitted at any time; these regulations are monitored by the City, and violations may result in fines, immediate cancellation of the reservation, and removal from the property without refund.

Illegal drugs, including marijuana in any form, are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of drug use will be reported to local authorities and the booking platform.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM; as a small, family-owned local host with frequent back-to-back reservations, strict adherence to these times is required, though alternative arrangements may be considered with at least 24 hours’ advance notice and are not guaranteed.

The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, at least one guest aged 25+ must remain on the property for the duration of the stay, and a valid government-issued photo ID may be required for verification; reservations that do not meet these requirements may be canceled without refund.
