This 3-bedroom, 3-bath house sleeps up to 6 and offers blue water, white water, & sea cliff views, community amenities, and quick access to beaches, bluff trails, and Gualala.

Designed for easy coastal days, this house gives you room to relax and reconnect. It sleeps up to 6 across three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, making it a comfortable choice for families or a small group.
Gather in the main living area, enjoy meals in the adjacent dining space, and make use of the kitchen for simple at-home cooking. Step outside onto the front patio to grill, relax by the fire pit, and take in the fresh ocean air. When it’s time to unwind, there’s WiFi for staying connected and a DVD player for movie nights. A private washer and dryer make longer stays simple.
You’ll also have access to 3 Sea Ranch Assoc. Recreation Center amenities, including pools, hot tubs, saunas, tennis and pickle ball courts, along with miles of coastal trails and nearby beaches.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• All TVs in the home are smart TVs, and guests will need to log in to their streaming services using their own credentials.
• Due to Sea Ranch's rural location, Wi-Fi and cell service throughout the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable—this is a common experience for visitors across town.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
• Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.

Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 are not counted.
Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.

Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional charges.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. As described with unexpected things like TV streaming. It was clean and comfortable. Excellent communication. I will say we booked an extra night to accommodate the check in/out times. It’s clear in the listing there isn’t flexibility so we made it work for us.
