This home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available, passes required.
o Resort Fees include wristbands and provide access to community amenities such as the fitness center. Guests must go to the front desk at check-in to receive wristbands, gate pass, and parking permit(s) for guest vehicles.
o There is no street or grass parking. If any vehicles are found, even a tiny bit on either the grass or street, please be aware that security will stop to tag the vehicle. After an hour of being tagged, vehicles in violation will be towed.
• Miscellaneous fee(s):
o Offsite rental of children’s items (portable crib and high chair): $75 each.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras;
o (1) mounted on top right of foyer exterior and actively monitoring the entryway door,
o (2) located on the ceiling of the rear porch and actively monitoring the porch at the rear entryway door.

Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
