Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed. Also included is a full size futon at the foot of the bed, perfect for the kids or close friends.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed.
This home includes a half bathroom and a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Driveway parking for 1 vehicle available.
o Additional street parking available, please monitor any posted restrictions.
• Please note, this is one unit of three on the lot. Please do not disturb the other occupants.
• There is a strict "no pets" policy for this home.
• Utility deposit: $500/month due before check-in. After your stay, utilities are deducted from the deposit and the remainder is refunded. If utilities exceed $500/month, guests cover the difference. Water is the most expensive utility in Monterey Bay. Please conserve for a couple of reasons!
• Long-term stays allowed.
