The spacious living room is surrounded by windows on three walls, filling the home with natural light and uninterrupted water views. Two comfortable couches and armchairs create the perfect gathering space around the smart TV. Sliding patio doors lead directly out to a large outdoor seating area where you can relax with a drink and soak in the peaceful scenery. Nearby, the dining table for eight makes it easy for everyone to come together after a full day on the lake. The main kitchen keeps everyone connected with its open-concept design flowing into both the dining and living spaces. Granite countertops, a spacious U-shaped layout, combination Keurig drip/pod coffee maker, and ample prep space make cooking effortless, whether you’re preparing breakfast before a day on the water or hosting dinner for the group.

Downstairs, the lower level creates an entirely separate entertainment and gathering space perfect for multi-family vacations or larger groups. A second fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, another convenient Keurig combo coffee maker, and a functional U-shaped cabinet layout with bar seating. The adjoining dining area and cozy den offer a more relaxed atmosphere with comfortable couches, chairs, and a smart TV ideal for movie nights, late-night conversations, or giving everyone extra room to spread out. Whether you spend your days exploring Lake of the Ozarks or simply enjoying the panoramic lake views from the patio, Cliff Top Retreat delivers the kind of lakeside getaway that feels both luxurious and wonderfully comfortable.

This home comfortably sleeps 16 guests between 6 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV and balcony access.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, balcony access, smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #6 includes 2 full size beds and 2 twin size trundle beds and smart TV.

This home also includes four (4) additional full guest bathrooms, two (2) with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, and two (2) with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
· 2 sets of washers and dryers in home.
· Driveway and garage parking for 5 vehicles available. 2 can park in the garage, 2 in front of the garage, and 1 can park off of the drive down by the basement level.Main parking is on the entry level in front of garage.
· High chair, Pack ’n Play and children’s book and toys provided.
· The property offers access to a shared dock where guests will have access to one boat slip and one PWC lift. The other boat slip will not be available for guest use and will be occupied by the owners' boat during all guest visits.
· The property also offers access to a shared pavilion and pickleball court for guest enjoyment. Guests are welcome to use these amenities until 12:00 PM (noon) daily. After noon, the pavilion and pickleball court become reserved for the main house's use only. Please note:
o Guests must provide their own pickleball paddles and balls.
o The pavilion, pickleball court and dock are located approximately 550 feet down the road leading past the main house.
o The walk down to the dock is quite steep. Please use caution.

Nestled in the heart of Missouri, the Lake of the Ozarks is a captivating destination that boasts a harmonious blend of natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and vibrant culture. There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails.

- No parties — please be sure to respect the maximum occupancy of your property
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM–8:00 AM — please be mindful of noise
-Guests do not have access to the main house or the smaller home located on the property. Please be respectful of the surrounding areas and avoid intruding on the private spaces associated with the other homes.
- The property also offers access to a shared pavilion and pickleball court for guest enjoyment. Guests are welcome to use these amenities until 12:00 PM (noon) daily. After noon, the pavilion and pickleball court become reserved for the main house's use only.
- We recommend children under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools
- We require all guests to adhere to local state laws requiring children under the age of 12 to be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in the lake water.
