In the living room, a comfortable sofa, two power reclining chairs, an occasional chair, and a large smart TV make it easy to settle in after a day on the lake. The kitchen is equally impressive, featuring major appliances, both drip and Keurig coffee makers, a large island with seating for four, additional bar seating for four more, and everything needed for effortless meals together. Nearby, the glass-top dining table seats eight comfortably for family dinners and late-night conversations. Upstairs, the loft creates another cozy retreat with a smart TV, daybed, and two reclining chairs perfect for reading, relaxing, or giving kids their own hangout space.
The lower walk-out level adds an entirely second living and entertaining area, making this home especially ideal for larger groups and families traveling together. Here, a massive sectional with chaise lounge faces a large-screen smart TV with soundbar, creating the perfect movie-night setup. The downstairs kitchenette includes a pod/drip coffee maker, waffle maker, air fryer, bar seating, and a second dining space with a round game table for four. This home comfortably sleeps 16 guests between 5 private bedrooms and a loft with a twin size daybed, a twin size trundle bed, and a twin XL size bed.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, a chaise lounge, a desk, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a twin size murphy bed, a smart TV, and deck access.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.
Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #5 includes 2 sets of twin-over-twin size bunk beds and patio access.
This home also includes three (3) additional full guest bathrooms, all with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking for 7 vehicles available. Parking is available in the driveway in front of the garage and in the designated gravel parking area.
o Please park only in these designated areas and do not park across the road, or in spaces belonging to neighboring homes or block the roadway.
o Trailer parking is permitted; however, please note that trailers will reduce the total number of vehicles that can park at the property.
• Entry into the home is on the second floor, which is at parking/street side. When entering the home, you first enter the loft, then go down a flight of stairs to reach the first floor.
• Notes for launching a boat: The nearest public boat launch is Coffman Beach Access, located approximately 10–15 minutes away. Guests can access it by taking Route W to Route Y, then following Lake Road Y-20 to Coffman Beach Rd. Public launch access and trailer parking are typically available there.
• This home is equipped with four (4) external security cameras;
o (1) Ring doorbell camera located at and actively monitoring the entry,
o (2) located under the front eve and actively monitoring the front door and grotto,
o (3) located above the garage door and actively monitoring the driveway and the road,
o (4) located on the back porch and actively monitoring the back door and the dock.

We recommend Children under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools. The homeowners have spare lifejackets stored in a storage closet on the dock and also in a square storage container near the door going out to the dock on the basement level of the home. Please be respectful and put the jackets, along with all of the floatation toys, back in their proper storage areas.
We require all guests to adhere to the local state laws that require all children under the age of the 12 to be accompanies by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in the lake water.
The homeowners have attached copies of rules/recommendations/and opening/locking instructions on a frame on the far wall of the kitchen on the main level. Please take some time to read through - it is full of useful information regarding the property
