Just steps away, the private dock and boat slip make it effortless to spend the entire day on the lake.

The living room is especially striking with tall, vaulted ceilings, a massive sectional sofa, fireplace, smart TV, and two sets of French doors opening directly to the balcony and lake views. Nearby, the separate dining room features seating for ten, creating an elegant setting for family meals and celebrations. The kitchen offers rich black cabinetry, taupe countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast table for four, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner after a day on the lake. Downstairs, the basement game room transforms into a full entertainment hub complete with a wet bar, loveseat, armchair, board games, foosball, air hockey, table tennis, a smart TV, and a stand-up Atari arcade game loaded with 40 classic games, making Riviera Paradise just as fun indoors as it is outside on the water.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an occasional chair.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, a table & chair, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a bathtub.

Bedroom #4 includes a full size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #5 includes 2 sets of full-over-queen size bunk beds, a set of twin-over-full size bunk beds, and balcony access.

This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms; one with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, and another with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Private dock with a 12 x 24 boat slip. The boat lift is not available for guest use.
• The dock is available for guest use at your own risk. The host is not responsible for damage to boats, personal watercraft, or other property while using the dock.
• The dock is located on the 26 Mile Marker of the Main Channel, where water conditions can be rough, especially during the summer boating season. Guests bringing boats or PWCs should plan accordingly and bring appropriate bumpers and dock lines to properly secure their watercraft.

• This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
o We allow a maximum of 1 pet per stay. Dogs only.
o Only dogs under 50 pounds are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
o Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per pet, per day. Depending on your booking platform, this fee may or may not be included in your reservation total. If you are bringing a pet, please contact our Guest Services team after booking to confirm whether the fee has already been applied or if it needs to be added.
o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.
o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
o Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
o By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all our guests
