The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living spaces, featuring stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, a convenient K-cup/drip combo coffee maker, counter seating for two, and a dining table for four perfect for shared meals after sun-soaked beach days. The inviting living room offers a comfortable couch with chaise seating, an armchair, and a smart TV for relaxing evenings indoors. Sliding glass doors fill the space with natural light and lead out to a private balcony overlooking the lush landscaping and pool area. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee at the high-top table or unwinding with a sunset drink in the comfortable outdoor seating area, the balcony creates the perfect finishing touch to your St. Augustine beach retreat.

This home comfortably sleeps 5 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, access to a private balcony, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, shared with bedroom #2.

Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed, a twin size bed, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #1.

This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available, passes required.
o Parking pass MUST be displayed at all times or will be liable for towing.
o If parking pass is misplaced, please notify management immediately. $100 replacement fee per parking pass.
o Parking pass must be returned to property before check-out.
• Please note, this home is on the 2nd floor and is a 2-story unit. There is no elevator.
• Long-term stays allowed.
