This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a twin size futon, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 double beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.

This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking for 4 vehicles available.
• Please note, the fire pit is available for guest use with notice.
o Notice must be made at least 48 hours before arrival.
o A prepackaged fire log will be provided for a fee of $20, which covers the cost of the wood and delivery.
o Guests should not bring their own wood. Other types of wood can create excess smoke, sap, and ash, making cleanup difficult. The fire logs we provide burn cleanly with less mess.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs, 40 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. No cats are permitted. Please note that there is an additional flat Pet Fee of $150 that is not included in your final booking cost.
o (A 3rd dog may be added with permission and an additional pet fee.)
• Long-term stays allowed.
