Description

Upstairs, the home opens into a spacious open-concept layout where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together effortlessly beneath soaring ceilings and natural light. The inviting living room features a large comfortable couch, smart TV, and direct deck access that allows mountain air and scenic surroundings to become part of the experience. Nearby, the expansive kitchen is designed for entertaining with stainless steel appliances, generous prep space, and a large island with seating for four, making it easy for everyone to gather together while meals are prepared. The dining table for six creates the perfect place for shared dinners, game nights, or slow vacation breakfasts before heading out for the day.

Downstairs, a second living and game room creates an entirely separate entertainment space perfect for relaxing after Tahoe adventures. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full size futon in the lower-level living space.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a set of twin-over-full size bunk beds.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a desk.

This home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

The place was great, with plenty of room and a perfect fenced-in backyard. The kitchen was big and spacious. We had a couple of issues though: when we first got there, the app didn't give us a lock code, so we had to wait outside until the host reset it (they were responsive, though). The Wi-Fi didn't work the whole time we were there, which was a bummer since one of us needed it for work. We contacted the host, and they responded, but even after manually resetting it, nothing worked. Also, there weren't enough serving spoons, baking sheets, or other little things for making meals. We managed, but it was tough to improvise a whisk!

I’m sorry about the lock-code delay and having to wait outside — that shouldn’t have happened. I’ve reviewed our check-in procedure, coordinated with Airbnb, and checked the lock system so codes are delivered before arrival; we’ll also include clearer arrival instructions going forward. I apologize the Wi‑Fi didn’t work the whole stay. I reported this to our maintenance team and the internet provider; we’re having the router and signal checked and will add boosters or other fixes if needed. In future, please contact us during your stay so we can try a reboot or provide a temporary solution right away. Thanks also for letting us know about the missing kitchen items. I’ve asked housekeeping to restock serving spoons, baking sheets, a whisk, and other commonly used items and updated our turnover checklist so future guests arrive with everything needed. We’d welcome the chance to host you again and hope to earn that fifth star.

I can’t recommend staying here in the summer months. The lack of air conditioning is brutal. They have minimal fans available and in July it took until about 2-3am until the house really cooled off with open windows and fans pulling in the outdoor air. There aren’t any sliding screens on the doors to the deck, so that made it challenging to keep open for air flow. Additionally, as a family who doesn’t wear shoes inside, the floors were filthy. The bottoms of our feet were very soiled and discolored from walking around the house. The kitchen isn’t very stocked (there isn’t a baking sheet, one very small oven mitt, etc) and there aren’t any board games here, so consider bringing things such as that. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable and peaceful stay. It’s not too far from beach access and the neighborhood is very quiet! The hot tub was clean and relaxing.

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful and super easy to find. It had everything we needed, so we never had to reach out to the host during our stay. We enjoyed it so much that I've already shared the listing with a few friends. We'd definitely stay here again!
