Inside, the bright and airy kitchen is designed for gathering, featuring crisp white cabinetry, white granite counters, and island seating for four where everyone can enjoy morning coffee from the drip or Keurig coffee makers before heading out for the day. The open living room creates a cozy place to unwind, complete with a plush couch, two comfortable armchairs, and a smart TV perfect for movie nights after exploring Branson. Step outside onto the patio and soak in the incredible panoramic views that make this retreat truly special. Comfortable outdoor seating invites you to linger over morning coffee, evening cocktails, or quiet conversations beneath the stars.

Whether you’re planning lake adventures, family fun on the Branson Strip, or simply a peaceful escape surrounded by nature, Ozark Skyline Retreat offers the ideal home base for making lasting vacation memories.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The bedroom includes a king size bed and a smart TV.

This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• This home is a one level, first-floor, walk-in unit.
• This property does NOT have a dishwasher. Dishes must be washed by hand.
• Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. You may park behind the building near the entrance; however, please note that the access road is narrow and the turnaround area is tight. Drive carefully and use caution when maneuvering.
• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.
• Portable crib provided.
• Long-term stays allowed.

Less than 10 minutes from Table Rock Lake, you’re within easy distance to world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 10 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.

This enviable location also puts you within 25-30 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

- Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
- This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping of any kind inside a unit or its close proximity is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
- Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
- Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
- Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
- Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
- Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.
- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very modern, clean, and well organized. Everything felt thoughtfully put together and comfortable. We especially appreciated the little touches, like having music playing when we arrived it was such a nice and welcoming touch! The AC was also set to a very comfortable temperature, which was appreciated after traveling. The pool was clean and relaxing, and we really enjoyed being able to unwind there. The only thing we wished the property had was a hot tub, which would have been a great addition, especially for relaxing after a busy day in Branson. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to future guests!

Close to SDC plus nice comfortable rocking chairs on patio that overlooks trees and nature trail. Enjoyed the squirrels in the trees. Inside was comfortable and nice kitchen with full size refrigerator. Family-friendly with an outdoor pool and grill with picnic area. Coffee shop was close and no need to fight traffic for any forgotten items like toothbrush etc with dollar general close.

Host was very responsive. It was a bit confusing finding the place due to being around back of building. Host responded quickly with a helpful video to find location. Beautiful view and nicely/newly updated so exactly as pictured. About 10-15 minutes from most places but very peaceful location. Only downside is if neighbors above are loud, you will hear everything. Unfortunately we had some very loud people above us - way past quiet hours but that is not the host fault. We would stay again.

I believe we were the first to stay in this just-recently remodeled condo; it was the best one we've stayed in here, and we hope to be able to use it again. It's ground level, access in the back, with private parking, so is very private and quiet....just what was needed. Very nicely remodeled and classy.

This is a beautiful location and very private. However, we could hear our neighbors above with small children running. Of course, the children went to bed early enough so it wasn’t a huge problem. Just be aware that you could hear your neighbors. Also, the bed wasn’t super comfortable and there was very little water pressure in the bathroom. We managed. Other than that, it was a very nice unit with nice seating indoors and out. We sat outside each morning and encountered a Barred Owl looking for prey on morning. It was really cool. We also saw a ground hog and chipmunk. We love nature.

Sitting outside in the mornings sounds amazing, especially getting to see the barred owl, groundhog, and chipmunk, that’s such a special nature experience. I’m sorry the noise from upstairs neighbors was noticeable and that the bed comfort and bathroom water pressure didn’t fully meet your expectations.
