This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1, on the entry level, includes a Queen size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo (bath also accessible via the hallway).

Bedroom #2, located upstairs, includes a King size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Stairs are required to enter the unit. Once inside, there is one lower bedroom and one upper bedroom.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available. There is one covered parking space marked with the unit number and the second vehicle can use the lot.
•EV charger available, managed by HOA.
• This home and its’ sister unit are part of a composite unit, you may see other guests coming and going on the property during your stay. The combined unit is available to rent separately. Larger parties are encouraged to rent the full condo. The units have separate access, and unless booked together, cannot be joined.
• Fireplace guards for indoor fireplace provided.
• The community pool and hot tubs are managed by Mt. Bachelor Village HOA. Please adhere to HOA, pool and hot tub posted rules and times.
• Check-in Instructions: Key card/Pass for the Mt. Bachelor Village Resort Pool and Hot Tub area is in the unit. Any lost or missing key card/pass will result in a charge of $100.00 per missing pass. This will be automatically charged to the channel or card on file.

Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy art, dining at an award-winning restaurant, spa treatments, or take part in the Bend Ale Trail, which is the largest beer trail in the West. Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes. West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. In the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, stairs lead into the Lava River Cave, a huge lava tube.
