Combining rustic charm, a peaceful setting, and easy access to Lake Tahoe's best attractions, The Rustic Pine is the perfect place to create unforgettable mountain memories.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed.

Bedroom #2 includes a set of twin-over-twin size bunk beds, a queen size sleeper sofa, and a desk.

This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• The number of overnight occupants shall not exceed two persons per permitted bedroom. Children six years of age or older are counted towards the occupancy limits.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available.
• No street parking or overflow parking available.
• No RVs or oversized vehicles allowed.
• This home does not have AC, there are fans for your use
• BBQ and patio furniture are stored away during winter months and brought back out Memorial Day weekend(weather permitting)
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras;
o (1) located at the living room window and actively monitoring the front porch,
o (2) located at the side of the home and actively monitoring the side of the home and the driveway.

Visitors can spend their days relaxing on beautiful beaches, kayaking along the shoreline, hiking through nearby forests, or exploring the stunning trails of Sugar Pine Point State Park. In winter, world-class skiing and snowboarding await at nearby Homewood Mountain Resort and Palisades Tahoe. The surrounding area is known for its laid-back atmosphere, uncrowded beauty, and easy access to some of Lake Tahoe's most spectacular outdoor adventures, making Tahoma an ideal destination for both relaxation and recreation year-round.

- PETS: There are no pets allowed.
- LATE CHECK OUT: Requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging. Please note our cleaners sometimes travel for up to 1 hour to clean this home so we ask that you please respect the 10am check out time AGE: Primary renter must be 25+ years old
- QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD: In Tahoe it's so quiet at night that you can hear a pin drop! As a result, we can only host quieter groups that will abide by all the county laws. Quiet hours are designated from 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. and will be strictly enforced. Noise that is "an unreasonable annoyance or nuisance to neighbors(s)" is prohibited after 10 PM. Outdoor lights must be out after 10 PM to enjoy the mountain stars and minimize light pollution.
- FURNITURE: Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
- PARKING: Parking vehicles off the pavement, on other person's property/driveway, or on access easements is prohibited.
- EVENTS & CAMPING: Parties or events of any kind are not allowed. Camping on private residences is prohibited, including tents, carts, RVs, etc.
- KEEP TAHOE BLUE: Please help us keep Tahoe a natural wonder by appropriately disposing of trash when visiting our beaches and trails. If you pack it in, please pack it out.

- TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend that all of our lovely guests purchase travel insurance as we normally do not refund for Covid, smoke, fires, weather, snowstorms, road closures, etc.
- WINTER TRAVEL ADVISORY: Due to the potential of heavy snowfall, we recommend 4WD vehicles with snow tires, tire chains and experience driving in the snow. Tahoe roads are icy and power outages are common. Please always wear snow boots and walk with care on icy pathways.
- FIRE SAFETY/SMOKING: Lake Tahoe is a high-risk fire area. Fireworks, wood fire pits, smoking/vaping, charcoal bbq's are prohibited. Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited on the property.
- TOWELS: We supply one bath towel, one wash cloth per occupant and then one hand towel per bathroom. Four beach towels will also be provided.
- SECURITY: Most of our homes have exterior-only security cameras and noise decibel monitoring systems to ensure we are in compliance with the county ordinance, but we take our guests' privacy very seriously. There are never indoor cameras. Most owners only look to see bears and snow levels at their homes.
- MOUNTAIN CRITTERS: It's not uncommon at any home in Tahoe to find little mountain mice, spiders, spider webs, ants, mosquitoes, etc. Our homes have on-going extermination services but despite our best efforts, these little critters might make their way inside. If found it doesn't mean a home is dirty, let us know and we will do our best to mitigate such findings.
- BE BEAR AWARE: Tahoe is bear country—secure food and lock vehicles. Do not leave garbage or food of any kind outside the home. Trash must be locked up in your bear-proof container, never in your neighbor's container.
