Downstairs, the fun continues in the expansive game room. Gather around the wraparound couch for movie nights, challenge friends to a poker tournament, or spark some friendly competition with air hockey, foosball, and the classic Ms. Pac-Man arcade game. This home comfortably sleeps 14 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a set of queen-over-queen size bunk beds, a queen size bed, and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes 2 sets of queen-over-queen size bunk beds and a smart TV.

This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms; one with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, and another with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking for 5 vehicles available. Please do not block the road and other traffic from getting through.
• One 12x27 boat slip dock and two PWC lifts available.
• This home is pet friendly. Pets must be 50 lbs or smaller. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $100 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• All bagged trash must be taken to the dumpsters at the front of the neighborhood. Please note that a $200 fine will be charged per bag left outside of the designated disposal area.
• Please note that a $25 per day Bent Tree neighborhood resort fee will be applied to all reservations, granting guests full access to the community and its amenities, including golf and hiking.

There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails.

- No parties — please be sure to respect the maximum occupancy of your property.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM–8:00 AM — please be mindful of noise.
- We require all guests to adhere to local state laws requiring children under the age of 12 to be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in lake water.

Pet Policy: We understand that pets are part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental! To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

- We allow a maximum of 2 pets per stay — dogs only.
- Only dogs under 50 pounds are permitted; this policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
- Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times; excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.
- Pets may not be left unattended in the property unless secured in a crate or carrier.
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding areas; any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
- Pets are not permitted on furniture, including beds and sofas — please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
- Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations; pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
- Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
