Just beyond, the inviting living room offers the perfect place to relax after a day on the water. Sink into one of two oversized couches or curl up in the comfortable armchair with its matching ottoman while streaming your favorite shows on the Smart TV. Large sliding glass doors showcase beautiful lake views and open directly onto the spacious deck, blending indoor comfort with the beauty of the outdoors.

Downstairs, the entertainment continues in the expansive game room, designed to keep guests of all ages entertained. Challenge family and friends to a game of air hockey or foosball, host a friendly poker tournament, or relive classic arcade fun with the Ms. Pac-Man arcade game. With plenty of comfortable seating and space to spread out, the game room is the perfect gathering place for friendly competition, movie nights, or simply unwinding after an adventure-filled day.

When you're ready to head outside, you'll enjoy easy access to the lake from the property's private dock. Bring your boat and take advantage of the boat slip, or launch your personal watercraft using the PWC lifts for effortless days on the water. Whether you're cruising the lake, swimming from the dock, fishing, or simply soaking in the peaceful waterfront setting, Hollow Tree Lodge offers everything you need for an unforgettable Lake of the Ozarks getaway.

This home comfortably sleeps 14 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a set of queen-over-queen size bunk beds, a full size trundle bed, a queen size bed, and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes 2 sets of queen-over-queen size bunk beds, two full size trundle beds, and a smart TV.

This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms; one with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, and another with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.


THINGS TO NOTE:

• While the dock is on the property, it is a long walk down to the dock.
• Driveway parking for 5 vehicles available. Please do not block the road and other traffic from getting through.
• One 12x27 boat slip dock and two PWC lifts available.
• There is no electricity available at the dock. If you are bringing a fishing boat or other watercraft that requires shore power for battery charging, please plan accordingly, whiel ther are outlet available they do not have any electricity run to them at this time.
• This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per stay — dogs only. Only dogs under 50 pounds are permitted; this policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
• Please note that an additional pet fee of $25 per pet, per day applies and is not included in your final booking cost; to arrange payment, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking.
• Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times; excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.
• Pets may not be left unattended in the property unless secured in a crate or carrier.
• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding areas; any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
• Pets are not permitted on furniture, including beds and sofas — please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
• Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations; pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
• Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.

There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM–8:00 AM — please be mindful of noise.
- We require all guests to adhere to local state laws requiring children under the age of 12 to be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in lake water.
