Starlight and Shells Pool

Starlight and Shells is designed to be a place where everyone can spend time together without feeling crowded. The main living area features a large stone-look leatherette sectional with four built-in electric recliners, an additional recliner, ceiling fan, smart TV, and Disney-inspired artwork. It’s a comfortable spot for movie nights, relaxing after the parks, or simply spending time together.

The fully equipped kitchen features white cabinetry, black hardware, and a combination of stainless and black appliances. The dining table seats six guests and can accommodate up to eight with the leaf added. Additional counter seating for three gives everyone plenty of room for breakfast before the parks, family dinners, or late-night snacks. Sliding glass doors lead from the dining area to the covered lanai and pool area, making it easy to enjoy indoor and outdoor living.

Accessibility & Single-Level Living
One of the features that makes Starlight and Shells especially unique is its single-level, step-free layout and thoughtful accessibility features. The home was designed to make it easier for guests who use wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility aids to move throughout the property.

Bedroom #3 — our Villains Suite — was specifically designed with accessibility in mind. It features a queen-size bed, smart TV, patio access, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, separate shower, and accessible walk-in tub.

Bedroom #2 also includes an ensuite bathroom with a zero-entry walk-in shower, providing another convenient bathing option for guests with limited mobility. Because every guest’s accessibility needs are different, we encourage guests with specific requirements to contact us before booking. We’re happy to provide additional information or measurements so you can determine whether the home will comfortably meet your needs.

Four Bedrooms — Each With Its Own Personality
Starlight and Shells comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests in four private bedrooms. All bedrooms feature thermal blackout curtains — especially appreciated after late nights enjoying the parks!

• Bedroom #1 — Marvel Room
Calling all superheroes! This fun Marvel-inspired bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed with a full trundle, smart TV, and superhero-themed décor. It’s a great space for kids, teens, or any Marvel fan in the family.

• Bedroom #2 — Primary Suite
A relaxing retreat featuring a king-size bed, TV stand with built-in fireplace, and sliding glass doors providing direct access to the lanai. The private ensuite bathroom includes a dual vanity and zero-entry walk-in shower.

• Bedroom #3 — Villains Suite
Every vacation needs a little mischief. Our Disney Villains-inspired suite features a queen-size bed, smart TV, patio access, and some of Disney’s most infamous characters throughout the room. This suite was also designed with accessibility in mind and includes a private ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, separate shower, and accessible walk-in tub.

• Bedroom #4 — Classic Disney Room
A bright and playful room filled with classic Disney touches. This bedroom features white furniture, a twin-over-full bunk bed with a full trundle, smart TV, and signed Disney character artwork.

Bathrooms
The home offers three full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms, including the zero-entry shower in the primary suite and the accessible walk-in tub in the Villains Suite. A third full bathroom near the front entry includes a single vanity and shower/tub combination.

Your Own Florida Pool & Spa Retreat
Sometimes the best vacation day is the one where you don’t go anywhere. Step outside to your own screened Florida retreat featuring a private pool, raised spillover spa, covered lanai, fenced pool deck, landscaping, and outdoor seating. Enjoy your morning coffee outside, cool off in the pool after a day at the parks, or spend an entire afternoon doing absolutely nothing. That’s allowed. You’re on vacation. Optional pool heat is available for $29 per night.

A Backyard Made for Zoomies 🐾
Your dogs deserve a vacation, too! Starlight and Shells doesn’t just have a tiny patch of grass that happens to qualify as a backyard. We have a large fenced backyard with plenty of room for dogs to stretch their legs, explore, play, and get those vacation zoomies out. It’s one of our favorite features for families traveling with pets because your pups have room to actually enjoy being outside.

Starlight and Shells welcomes up to two dogs. A daily pet fee of $35 per pet applies. We simply ask that guests pick up after their pets and help us keep the yard clean and enjoyable for everyone.

And speaking of everyone…

Meet Donatello 🐢
You may discover that your family isn’t the only one staying at Starlight and Shells. Meet Donatello, our resident gopher tortoise. Donatello lives on the property and occasionally makes an appearance in the backyard. He’s part of the natural Florida charm that inspired the “Shells” in Starlight and Shells. Gopher tortoises are protected Florida wildlife, so Donatello should always be admired from a respectful distance.

Please do not approach, touch, feed, chase, pick up, or otherwise disturb Donatello. If he’s making his way through the yard, simply give him plenty of room and let him continue on his very important tortoise business. Thank you for helping us protect Donatello and the other wildlife that makes Florida special. And yes — please pick up after the dogs. Donatello appreciates a clean yard, too.🐢

Pet Friendly
We know pets aren’t just pets — they’re part of the family. Starlight and Shells welcomes up to two dogs, and our large fenced backyard gives them plenty of room to enjoy their vacation along with everyone else. A $35-per-pet, per-day fee applies and will be added to the final booking cost. Please contact the Customer Care Team after booking to arrange payment of the pet fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and following all community pet rules.

Additional Amenities
For your convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer.

Optional add-ons are available for an additional fee:

Parking
Driveway parking is available for up to two vehicles. Street parking and grass parking are not permitted. Please follow all posted community signage and parking requirements.

Exterior Security Cameras
For the safety and security of our guests and property, Starlight and Shells is equipped with five exterior security cameras. The cameras monitor exterior areas including the front entryway and pathway, driveway and street, side yards, and portions of the exterior/backyard area. There are no interior security cameras.

This property is non-smoking. Violator will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
Pet friendly with registered pets only. Additional fees will be billed to violators for damages/misuse.
Do not interact with gopher tortoise in backyard.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed
Always observe quiet hours after 9PM-7AM, as there are neighbors close by
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
This is a privately owned home. Inventory will be done on departure. If any damages are found, violators will be billed.
