Just outside, the screened pool deck opens onto the raised spillover spa and covered lanai, with garden landscaping along the fence line. Inside, the living room features a stone-look leatherette sectional with four built-in electric recliners, a black leatherette single recliner, ceiling fan, smart TV, and Disney-themed schematic wall art, plus a full sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

The kitchen features white cabinetry, black hardware, and a mix of stainless and black appliances, while the dining table seats up to 6 guests or up to 8 with the leaf. Additional counter seating for up to 3 provides another place to gather for meals, and sliding glass doors lead from the dining area to the lanai.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a full sleeper sofa in the living room.

Thermal blackout curtains are provided in each bedroom, starting with Bedroom #1, which features Marvel-themed décor, a twin-over-full bunk bed with a full trundle, and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed and a TV stand with a built-in fireplace, plus sliding doors leading to the lanai and an ensuite bathroom featuring a dual vanity and a zero-entry walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 features a Disney villains’ theme with a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and patio access, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a dual vanity, a separate shower, and an ADA walk-in tub.

Bedroom #4 features a classic Disney theme with white bedroom furniture, a twin-over-full bunk bed with a full trundle, a smart TV, and signed Disney character posters.

There is an additional full bathroom near the front entry with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
● This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. A daily fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pets. Pets may not be left alone in the home.
● This home is equipped with (5) external security cameras: (1) at the front entryway, monitoring the entryway and pathway; (2) at the front right, monitoring the driveway and street; (3) at the front left, facing the side yard and street; (4) at the rear right, facing the side of the home and backyard; (5) at the rear left, facing the side yard.
● Parking is available in the driveway for up to 2 vehicles. Street and grass parking are not permitted; please follow posted community signage.
● Washer and dryer in home.
● This home offers a single-level, step-free layout throughout.
● Optional add-ons are available for an additional fee, including onsite BBQ grill rental ($95) and pool heat ($29/night). High chair and pack-n-play rentals are also available for $75 each.
